s1 2 s5 Integrated Planning Amendment (No. 1) No. 117, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1999. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Integrated Planning Regulation 1998 . ˙ Insertion of new s 5A 4. After section 5— insert — ˙ ‘ Court fees ‘ 5A. The fees payable for a proceeding in the court are in schedule 4.’. ˙ Amendment of s 14 (Application of sch 1 to continued preparation of planning schemes started under repealed Act) 5.(1) Section 14, heading, after ‘ sch 1 ’— insert — ‘ of the Act ’.
