Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Insurance Act1973.

After regulation 4 of the Insurance Regulations, the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed companies for the purposes of paragraph 5 (2) (ga) of the Act

“4aa. For the purposes of paragraph 5 (2) (ga) of the Act, National Deposit Insurance Corporation Limited is a prescribed company.”.
