Insurance Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Insurance Act 1973.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Insurance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 30 (Financial sector supervisory agencies (Act, s 126))

3.1   After paragraph 30 (c), insert:

• “(ca)

  Motor Accident Insurance Commission, Queensland;”.

3.2   Paragraph 30 (f):

Omit the paragraph.
