1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Insurance Contracts Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of item 1 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Services Reform Act 2001.

3Amendment of Insurance Contracts Regulations 1985
