Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Act 1984.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Insurance (Agents and Brokers) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 15 (Financial sector supervisory agencies (Act, s 34U))

3.1   After paragraph 15 (c), insert:

• “(ca)

  Motor Accident Insurance Commission, Queensland;”.

3.2   Paragraph 15 (f):

Omit the paragraph.
