Instrument varying the
instrument of revocation of the
Guide to the Assessment of Rates of
Veterans’ Pensions
under subsection 29(2) of the
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986

The Repatriation Commission varies the instrument of revocation of the Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans’ Pensions, instrument No. 8 of 1997, under subsection 29(2) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 by replacing each reference in that instrument to the date “1 March 1998”, with the date “18 April 1998”.
