Revocation by the Comptroller-General of Customs

(Subsection 4A(1))
I, MICHAEL OUTRAM, Acting Comptroller-General of Customs, under subsection 4A(1) of the Customs Act 1901, regulation 27 of the Customs Regulation 2015 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, REVOKE the instruments identified in Table 1 concerning “Crew Declaration” forms and Table 2 concerning “Incoming Passenger Cards” contained in the Schedule to this Instrument.
This Instrument commences 1 July 2017
