INSTRUMENT EXERCISING AIR SERVICES REGULATIONS – 1995

I, Stephen James Angus, A/General Manager Airspace and Environment Regulatory Unit, Airservices Australia, hereby:

a.   DECLARE that following area has been reclassified as Class G Airspace under the provisions of Regulations 2.04 (1) (b) of the Airservices Regulations and that area is established as a Temporary Danger Area under the provisions of Regulation 2.07 (1) of the Air Services Regulations.  Under the provisions of Regulation 2.05 (2) of the Air Services Regulations the air traffic services provided in the declared airspace will be Class G services in accordance with Annex 11 to the Chicago Convention.

LATERAL LIMITS An area bounded by straight lines joining
34 25 40S  139 18 57E,  34 32 30S 138 55 13E, 34 16 35S 139 07 33E
then along the minor arc of a circle of 50nm radius centred on 34 56 49S 138 21 28E (AD/DME) to 34 25 40S  139 18 57E
VERTICAL LIMITS Surface - A100
HOURS OF ACTIVITY: 0512252330UTC to 0601131030UTC,
2330UTC to 1030UTC daily
