2.07 Declaration of Prohibited, Restricted or Danger Areas

I, Kenneth Wedderburn McLean, General Manager Airspace and Environment Regulatory Unit, Airservices Australia, hereby declare that the following area is established as a Restricted Area under the provisions of Regulations 2.07 (1) of the Airservices Regulations:

AREA DESCRIPTION:         Restricted Area R352 to enclose live firing ranges

LATERAL LIMITS:	R352
36 55 00S 145 05 30E, 37 01 30S 144 59 00E 36 59 33S 145 03 39E, 36 55 00S 145 05 30E
VERTICAL LIMITS:	R352
Surface – 3000

HOURS OF ACTIVITY:        R352

Monday to Friday 0800 – 1800 local time

ADMINISTERING                

AUTHORITY:            Department of Defence - Army

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:   Entry will not be permitted without the permission of the Administering Authority by way of an approved Air Traffic Control clearance.

This instrument will take effect from 09 June 2005 and will be incorporated in the DAH as a permanent reclassification of airspace.
