2.07 Declaration of Prohibited, Restricted or Danger Areas

I, Kenneth Wedderburn McLean, General Manager Airspace and Environment Regulatory Unit, Airservices Australia, hereby declare that the following Restricted Area designated name is changed under the provisions of Regulations 2.07 (1) of the Airservices Regulations:

AREA DESCRIPTION:         Amend R223 from Waler Barracks to Robertson Barracks

LATERAL LIMITS:	R223
Remains unchanged
VERTICAL LIMITS:	R223
Remains unchanged

HOURS OF ACTIVITY:        R223

Remains unchanged

ADMINISTERING                

AUTHORITY:            Department of Defence - Army

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:   Entry will not be permitted without the permission of the Administering Authority by way of an approved Air Traffic Control clearance.

This instrument will take effect from 09 June 2005 and will be incorporated in the DAH as a permanent name change of Restricted Area R223.
