INSTRUMENT EXERCISING AIR SERVICES REGULATIONS – 1995

2.07 Declaration of Prohibited, Restricted or Danger Areas

I, Kenneth Wedderburn McLean, General Manager Airspace and Environment Regulatory Unit, Airservices Australia, hereby declare that the following Restricted Area activation hours are amended under the provisions of Regulations 2.07 (6) of the Airservices Regulations:

AREA DESCRIPTION:         Restricted Area R587B to be activated by NOTAM

LATERAL LIMITS:	R587B
Remains unchanged
VERTICAL LIMITS:	R587B
Remains unchanged

HOURS OF ACTIVITY:        R587B

Activated by NOTAM

ADMINISTERING                

AUTHORITY:            Department of Defence - RAAF

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:   Entry will not be permitted without the permission of the Administering Authority by way of an approved Air Traffic Control clearance.

This instrument will take effect from 09 June 2005 and will be incorporated in the DAH as a permanent change to hours of activity for the Restricted Area R587B.
