2.07 Declaration of Prohibited, Restricted or Danger Areas

I, Kenneth Wedderburn McLean, General Manager Airspace and Environment Regulatory Unit, Airservices Australia, hereby declare that the following areas are established as Restricted Areas under the provisions of Regulations 2.07 (1) of the Airservices Regulations:

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:   Entry will not be permitted without the permission of the Administering Authority by way of an approved Air Traffic Control clearance.

This instrument will take effect from 09 June 2005 and will be incorporated in the DAH as a permanent reclassification of airspace.
