Instrument Adopting a Recovery Plan for Miniopterus orianae bassanii

I, SUSSAN LEY, Minister for the Environment, under section 269A(7) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby adopt as a recovery plan for the listed threatened species specified below, the plan made by the Victorian Government:

Miniopterus orianae bassanii	Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. 2020. National Recovery Plan for the Southern Bent-wing Bat Miniopterus orianae bassanii. Victorian Government, Melbourne.

The recovery plan will come into force on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
