His Excellency the Governor. with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Institute of Sport Act 1995.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to repeal provisions relating to the appointment of members of the Sporting Development Advisory Committee and the calling of the first meeting of that Committee that are unnecessary or are spent.

This Regulation is made under the Institute of Sport Act 1995, including

section 19 and section 32 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Institute of Sport (Sporting Development

Advisory Committee) Amendment Regulation 1998.

2 Amendment of Institute of Sport (Sporting Development

Advisory Committee) Regulation 1996

The Institute of Sport (Sporting Development Advisory Conmittee) Regulation 1996 is amended by omitting clauses 10 and 16.
