INSTANT LOTTERY (TELESPIN) AMENDMENT RULES (NO. 3) 1994

Made by the Commission under section 28.

Citation

" (c) a Game Show Draw and Game Show under Division 5A,

1. These rules may be cited as the Instant Lottery (Telespin) Amendment

Rules (No. 3) 1994.

Principal rules

2. In these rules the Instant Lottery (Telespin) Rules 1991* are referred to

as the principal rules.

Rule 11 amended

3. Rule 11 of the principal rules is amended after paragraph (b) by deleting the paragraph "(a) a Game Show Draw and Game Show under Division 5A," and substituting the following paragraph —

Rule 17 amended

4.   Rule 17 (2) (a) of the principal rules is amended by deleting "8.5%" and

substituting the following —

17.0% ".
