INSTANT LOTTERY AMENDMENT RULES 1991
Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28 (1) (c).
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Instant Lottery Amendment Rules
1991.
Rule 13 amended
M. SARGANT, Secretary.
2. Rule 13 (1) of the Instant Lottery Rules 1991* is amended by deleting "supervised by an officer from the Office of the Auditor General." and substituting the following —
a supervised —
(a) by an officer from the Office of the Auditor General;
or(b)
where in the opinion of the Auditor General it is not necessary for an officer to supervise that draw, by such person and in such a manner as the Commission thinks fit.
