(1.) This Act may be cited as " The Workers' and . Compensation Acts Amendment Act of 1943 (No. 2)," and const,ructlOn'shall be read as one with *" The Workers' Compensation Acts, 1916 to 1943," herein referred to as the Principal Act. Collective (2.) The Principal Act and .this Act may collectively title. be cited as " The Workers' Compensation Acts, 1916 to 1943." Amendments of the Principal Act. Amendment 2. (1.) Subsection one of section three of the of s. 3. Operation of (2.)
