AN ACT to amend the Inspection of Machinery

Act, 1921-1950.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Inspection of Machinery Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Inspection of Machinery Act, 1921-1950 (No. 11 of 1922, as amended by Acts Nos. 42 of 1923, 34 of 1924, 17 of 1941, 37 of 1947, and 69 of 1950, and as affected by Act No. 38 of 1911), referred to in this Act as the principal Act.

Subsection (3) of section thirty-four of the

principal Act is amended by substituting the word

"also" for the word, "not" in line one.
