This Act may be cited as " The Insolvent Act Amendment Act, short title and incor-

1896," and shall be incorporated with " The Insolvent Act, 1886,

Part XI. of the said Act.

2. Without limiting any other powers of the Court, the Court, Court may de0181~

at any time within twelve months after the execution of a deed of void.

assignment by a debtor, and before the granting of a certificate of the validity thereof, may, on the petition of more than one-fourth in value or one-half in number of the creditors of auch debtor, declare the deed executed by such debtor to be void.
