HEREAS it is expedient to further amend

Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the

Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in

this present Parliament as~mbled,

as followsT

and nothing herein contained shall affect the operation of Section 7 of "The Insolvent Act, 1860 ;' and in the said incorporated Acts the words Commissioner of Insolvency" shall be read and construed so as to include any Judge or Judges of the Supreme Court so acting as aforesaid.
