Inner Sydney Regional Council for Social Development Inc. (Regional Council) Enterprise Agreement 2010.
[1] On 20 May 2011, Inner Sydney Regional Council for Social Development Inc (“the applicant”) filed an application for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement titled the Inner Sydney Regional Council for Social Development Inc (Regional Council) Enterprise Agreement 2010 (“the Agreement”).
[2] The employer’s declaration filed in support of the application for approval suggested potential difficulties with pre-approval steps. In the proceedings today, the submissions confirmed, among other matters, that the final version of the Agreement was given to the employees on the same date the vote proceeded. Given the difficulty disclosed by that timing, the applicant determined to discontinue the application for the approval of the Agreement. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
