Inland Fisheries (Seawards Limits) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2001

I make the following order under section 6(1) of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 with the agreement of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .3 September 2001

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Seawards Limits) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2001 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Inland Fisheries (Seaward Limits) Order 1996 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Schedule 1 amended (Seaward limits of certain rivers) Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by omitting item 30 and substituting:

30. Inglis River The downstream side of the bridge carrying the C234 road across that river.
