Inland Fisheries (Recreational Fishing) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .28 June 2000

| (a) a person who is 18 years of age or more and is not an eligible pensioner | 49 |
| (b) a person who is in receipt of a card entitled a Seniors Card that is approved by the Commission | 39 |
| (c) an eligible pensioner | 27 |
| (d) a person who is at least 14 years of age and under 18 years of age | 10 |
| (e) one day for a person who is at least 14 years of age | 15 |
| (f) 3 consecutive days for a person who is 18 years of age or more | 25 |
| (g) 14 consecutive days for a person who is 18 years of age or more | 39 |
