Inland Fisheries (Protected Fish) Order 1996

I make the following order under section 131(1) of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .23 May 1996

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Protected Fish) Order 1996. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 31 May 1996. 3InterpretationIn this order – Act means the Inland Fisheries Act 1995; grayling means fish of the species Prototroctes maraena of the family Prototroctidae. 4Protected fishGrayling is declared to be protected fish for the purposes of the Act.
