Inland Fisheries (Declared Fish) Order 1996

I make the following order under section 39 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .23 May 1996

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Declared Fish) Order 1996. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 31 May 1996. 3Interpretation (1)  In this order Act means the Inland Fisheries Act 1995. (2)  An expression in this order that is defined in the Act has the same meaning as so defined. 4Declared fishThe following kinds of freshwater fish are declared to be fish to which Division 3 of Part 3 of the Act applies: (a) eel; (b) whitebait; (c) any acclimatised fish.
