Inland Fisheries (Controlled Fish) Order 2007

I make the following order under section 149 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .28 November 2007

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Controlled Fish) Order 2007 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Interpretation (1)  In this order – Act means the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 . (2)  An expression in this order that is defined in the Act has the same meaning as so defined. 4Controlled fishThe following fish are declared to be controlled fish to which Division 1 of Part 8 of the Act applies: (a) the fish specified in Schedule 1 to this order; (b) any dead fish of a kind specified in that Schedule; (c) the spawn, fry or young of any fish specified in that Schedule. 5Legislation revokedThe legislation specified in Schedule 2 is revoked.
