Inland Fisheries (Commercial Nets and Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .15 November 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Commercial Nets and Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Inland Fisheries (Commercial Nets and Fees) Regulations 1999 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 6 from the table in Part 1 and substituting:

6.  Fishing permit

Application 25

Exemption permit for stocking purposes 60

Exemption permit for other purposes 100

7.  Permission to transport live fish

Application for permission to transport live fish 170

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
