Inland Fisheries (Applicable Fish) Order 1996

I make the following order under section 60 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .23 May 1996

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Applicable Fish) Order 1996. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 31 May 1996. 3Interpretation (1)  In this order Act means the Inland Fisheries Act 1995. (2)  An expression in this order that is defined in the Act has the same meaning as so defined. 4Applicable fishThe following freshwater fish are declared to be applicable fish for the purpose of Division 1 of Part 4 of the Act: (a) eels; (b) whitebait; (c) any acclimatised fish; (d) any imported fish.
