Inland Fisheries Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 .13 July 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Inland Fisheries Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Inland Fisheries Regulations 1996 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 3 amended (Fees)Item 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "$40" from paragraph (a) and substituting "$45"; (b) by omitting "$32" from paragraph (ab) and subsituting "$35"; (c) by omitting "$18" from paragraph (b) and substituting "$25"; (d) by omitting "$10" from paragraph (c) and substituting "$15"; (e) by omitting "$8" from paragraph (d) and substituting "$12"; (f) by omitting "$13" from paragraph (e) and substituting "$20"; (g) by omitting "$22" from paragraph (f) and substituting "$35".
