Infrastructure Investment (Asset Restructuring and Disposal) Notice 2010

1   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Infrastructure Investment (Asset Restructuring and Disposal) Notice 2010.

2   Notice of approval of workforce transition codes of practice—Act, s 10A(2)(a)

The following workforce transition codes of practice have been approved under section 10A(1) of the Act—

(a)Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd Workforce Transition Code of Practice;

(b)Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd Framework Agreement.

A code of practice mentioned in section 2 takes effect on the date stated in the code of practice as the date the code of practice commences.
