Application for approval of the lnfraBuild Steel Sydney Steel Mill Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2026
InfraBuild NSW Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the lnfraBuild Steel Sydney Steel Mill Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2026 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 8 November 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 August 2026.
The Agreement covers The Australian Workers’ Union.
