AN ORDINANCE

Relating to Inebriates.

BE it ordained by the Administrator of the Government of the Executive Council, in pursuance oi the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-
ment {Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Inebriates Ordinance Short title.

1938.

2. Section one of the Inebriates Act 1900 of the State of New Modification oi

omitting from paragrapli (c) the word "sub-inspector" and g ^ 0 ' , ' ^ South Wales, in its application to the Territory, is amended by f^MesAO"*
inserting in its stead the word " sergeant ". south Wales.
