s1 2 s6 Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment (No. 3) No. 295, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Indy Car Grand Prix Regulation 1990 . ˙ Amendment of s 2.1 (Appointment of authorized persons) 3. Section 2.1(3), ‘Commissioner of Police’— omit, insert— ‘commissioner of the police service’. ˙ Amendment of s 5.9 (Alcohol) 4. Section 5.9, ‘ Liquor Act 1912–1989 ’— omit, insert— ‘ Liquor Act 1992 ’. ˙ Omission of s 7.2 (Expiation of traffic offences) 5. Section 7.2— omit . ˙ Insertion of new s 7.5 6. After section 7.4— insert— ˙ ‘ Numbering and renumbering of regulation ‘ 7.5. In the next reprint of this regulation produced under the ReprintsAct1992 , the provisions of this regulation must be numbered and renumbered as permitted by the Reprints Act 1992 , section 43.’.
