This regulation amends the Indy Car Grand Prix Regulation 1990 . ˙ Replacement of pt 8 (Declaration of certain matters for 1997) 3. Part 8— omit, insert— ‘ PART 8—DECLARATION OF CERTAIN MATTERS FOR 1998 ˙ ‘ Promoter—Act, s 2(1), definition “promoter” ‘ 33.
