s1 2 s4 Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment (No. 1) No. 45, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Indy Car Grand Prix Regulation 1990 . ˙ Omission of s 7.5 (Declared period—Act, s 23) 3. Section 7.5— omit. ˙ Insertion of new pt 8 4. After section 7.4— insert— ‘ PART 8—DECLARATION OF CERTAIN MATTERS FOR 1997 ˙ ‘ Promoter ‘ 8.1. The following persons are declared to be the promoter for 1997— • Gold Coast Events Co Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 010 949 649) • Southcoast Tyre Services Pty Limited (A.C.N. 009 795 126) • Papandrea Pty Limited (A.C.N. 011 028 596) • Igli Holdings Pty Limited (A.C.N. 004 014 233) • Raxmont Pty Limited (A.C.N. 011 053 044) • Truffle Pty Limited (A.C.N. 011 011 368). ˙ ‘ Declared period ‘ 8.2. The declared period for 1997 is the period starting at midday on Wednesday 2 April 1997 and ending at midday on Monday 7 April 1997.

The official title for the motor racing event to take place within the declared area for 1997 is ‘Indy Car Australia’. ˙ ‘ Period during which certain medical and paramedical practitioners may practise ‘ 8.4.
