2 Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment (No. 1) No. 72, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Indy Car Grand Prix Regulation 1990 . ˙ Replacement of s 7.5 (Declared period) 3. Section 7.5— omit, insert— ‘Declared period 7.5 The period starting at midday on 16 March 1994 and ending at midnight on 27 March 1994 is declared for the purposes of section 4.10 of the Act. ’. ˙ Omission of s 7.6 (Repeal of orders in council) 4.
