2 Indy Car Grand Prix (No. 1) No. 49, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . 1 ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Indy Car Grand Prix Regulation 1990 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new ss.7.5 and 7.6 3. After section 7.4— insert— ˙ ‘Declared period ‘7.5 The period starting at 3 pm on 17 March 1993 and ending at midnight on 28 March 1993 is declared for the purposes of section 4.10 of the Act. ˙ ‘Repeal of orders in council ‘7.6 The following orders in council, made under the Act, are repealed— (a) the order in council published in the Gazette on 14 March 1991 at page 1188A; (b) Indy Car Grand Prix Order 1992 . ’. 1 See s.20A of the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 .
