s4 3 s4 Indy Car Grand Prix Amendment and Repeal Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 202, 2002 ‘34 Declared area—Act, s 2, definition “declared area” ‘The declared area for 2002 is the area marked as the ‘declared area’ on the map available for inspection, between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on business days, at— (a) the registered office of Gold Coast Events Co Pty Ltd at level 5, Forestry House, 160 Mary Street, Brisbane; and (b) the office of Gold Coast Motor Events Co at level 5, 64 Marine Parade, Southport. ‘35 Declared period—Act, s 2, definition “declared period” ‘The declared period for 2002 is the period starting at midday on Wednesday 23 October 2002 and ending at midday on Monday 28 October 2002. ‘36 Official title—Act, s 2, definition “official title” ‘The official title for the motor racing event for 2002 is ‘2002 Honda Indy 300’. ‘37 Period during which certain medical and paramedical practitioners may practise—Act, s 23 ‘The period starting at midday on Wednesday 23 October 2002 and ending at midnight on Sunday 3 November 2002 is declared for section 23(1) 1 of the Act.’.
