AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries

Assistance Act, 1915.

[Assented to 21st January, 1946.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Short title.

Act Continuance Act, 1945.

2. Section fifteen of the Industries Assistance Act Amendment of e. 15.

Amendment Act, 1917 (No. 16 of 1917 as amended by the Act No. 12 of 1943), is hereby further amended by substituting the figures "1947" for the figures "1946."
