AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries

Assistance Act, 1915.

[Assented to 30th September, 1943.]

BE i.t enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Short title

Act Continuance Act, 1943.

2.    Section fifteen of the Industries Assistance Act Amendment

Amendment Act, 1917 (No. 16 of 1917), as amended by of 5.	a. 1
Act No. 30 of 1942, is hereby further amended by sub- stituting the figures "1945" for the figures "1944."
