AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries

Assistance Act, 1915-1931.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Act Continuance Act, 1934, and shall be read as one with the Industries Assistance Act, 1915-1931, as reprinted in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of the Statutes for the year 1931, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Continuance

of Act. 2.

Section twenty-nine A of the principal Act, formerly Act, 1917 (No. 16 of 1917), as amended by the Acts No. 4 of 1932 and No. 10 of 1933, is hereby further amended by sub- stituting the figures "1936" for the figures "1935."
