AN ACT to continue the operations of the Industries

Assistance Act, 1915.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance shorYuwo.

Act Continuance Act, 1928.

2.    Section fifteen of the Industries Assistance Act continuance of Act.

Amendment Act, 1917, as amended by section two of the Industries Assistance Act Amendment Act, 1927, is hereby further amended by omitting the figures " 1929," and inserting the figures " 1930 " in place thereof.
