AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries Assist-

ance Act, 1915.

[Assented to 16th December, 1925.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inJ3E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Short title.

Act Continuance Act, 1925.

2.    Section fifteen of the Industries Assistance Act Continuance of Act.

Amendment Act, 1917, as amended by section four of the Industries Assistance Act Amendment Act, 1924, is hereby further amended by omitting the figures " 1926," and inserting the figures " 1927 " in place thereof.
