AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries
Assistance Act, 1915-1948.
[Assented to 3rd November, 1953.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
| Short title. | 1. This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1953. |

Section fifteen of the Industries Assistance Act Amendment Act, 1917, Act No. 16 of 1917, is amended by substituting for the words "one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four" the words "one thousand nine hundred and fifty-nine."
