AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries

Assistance Act, 1915-1947.

[Assented to 18th November, 1948.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Short title.

Amendment Act, 1917 (No. 16 of 1917), is amended by No.lOof

substituting for the words "one thousand nine hundred
