AN ACT to continue the operation of the Industries

Assistance Act, 1915.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,_by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:-

This Act may be cited as the Industries Assistance Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1947.

Section fifteen of the Industries Assistance Act deleting the figures "1948" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine."
