AN ACT to further amend, and to continue the operation

of the Industries Assistance Aet, 1915.

Amendment of

Section 15.

Section fifteen of the principal Act is amended by in-

serting after paragraph (c), in subsection (1), a paragraph,

as follows :—

"and (d) subject to prior encumbrances, shall be, and. until fully paid shall continue, a charge on all other live stock, implements, machinery, plant, and moveable struc- tures of the applicant; but any proceeds of the charge created by this paragraph shall, if such chattels are

realised by the Board, be distributed pari passe

between the Board and the other creditors of the appli- cant : Provided that the Board in its discretion may allow the whole or any portion of the proceeds of the sale of dairy produce, pigs, and poultry, to be retained by the settler."
