AN ACT to amend the Industrial Statistics

Act, 1897.

[Assented to 13th October, 1904.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the legislative Council

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as

follows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Industrial Statistics Amend- short title

merit Act, 1904.

interpretation of the phrase " Industrial Establishment." the words 91:Tiet., No 26,

In section two of the Industrial Statistics Act, 1897, in the Amendment of

" and any mine which has been worked at any time during the year, —

whatever be the number of persons employed," are repealed, and the

words "but does not mean any mine " are substituted.
