Made by the Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court) Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Industrial
Relations (Western Australian Industrial Appeal Court)
Regulations 1980*.

3.             Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12(1) is amended by deleting “Supreme Court
Rules” and inserting instead —

“ Rules of the Supreme Court 1971 ”.

4. Regulation 22 repealed
Regulation 22 is repealed.
