Industrial Relations (Tribunals) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Tribunals) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement This rule commences on 1 July 2012. 3 Rule amended This rule amends the Industrial Relations (Tribunals) Rules 2011. 4 Replacement of sch 1 (Fees in the court, commission or registry) Schedule 1— omit, insert ‘Schedule 1 Fees in the court, commission or registry rule 224 1 Filing— (a) an application made by an employee, under section 74 of the Act, for reinstatement . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
